Cons: 1. There was no potable water in the room and not even in the minibar. And in a country like Mexico it is not acceptable in a 5stars hotel. In an average hotel in this country there is always potable water in the room as it is a suicide to drink tap water.
2. There was not hot water in the shower and after the first day and complaining at the front desk, the staff didn´t take any measure and I had to have a cold shower also the day after. Completely unacceptable and totally shameful in a hotel like this.
3. The cars parking is on the other side of the street and first, there is no vallet service, second, if you need to cross, under the rain with your luggages, no one from the hotel staff helps you with an umbrella.

Pros: The helpful dining room staff
Cons: The assigned room was not ready when we arrived and they gave us another room facing a noisy, busy street.
The double bed was too small for two adults.
Pros: Could you get better decoration and furniture be changed???? both are out ...
Cons: rugs, and bathroom accesories too old with a special bad smell at room nr.6116
Pros: its hard to find where the room is , need more room number marks

Pros: It is a resort hotel with big beautiful trees, laid back. No elevators no passages, easy access to rooms set around pools. It is not a new hotel, but is beautifully maintained very well run, and the buffet breakfast is superb!
Pros: Don Jose and all of the staff at their restaurant Maria Bonita (this is the only reason why we even bother with this hotel 3 different times this year), however, staying elsewhere, the rest of the staff could care less for providing a high-end service. Too bad... stayed in room 3129 (TWICE) and still got the worst service ever...
Cons: If you upgrade to a suite it includes "coffee" the part they don't tell you is you get a coffee maker and the coffee is extra..!!! Really, they totally nickel and dime you. Their management staff really needs to see what other Camino Real's offer. I am from Mexico City and have always stayed at most of their hotels, but this one, I really can't figure out their management style, I guess they don't really visit other hotels like theirs or Hiltons or Marriotts where coffee is part of your room especially if you upgrade to an executive suite. We have stayed 3 times in the last two months for periods for up to 5 days. Each time the charges are different so watch your bill. Last time we got exactly the same room 3129 and it did include coffee and all condiments and breakfast (however, they tried to double dip us on the breakfast, but we cleared that one up) so we thought if we get the same room we should get the right service - wrong!!!! this time they charged us $2 extra for the coffee even thought our room came with a "coffee maker". So if you plan to stay, I would say please have this hotel disclose if the bed includes pillow and sheets as well as towels or if they are extra, regardless if you upgrade, check your bill!! Unfortunately we gave this hotel 3 opportunities to make it right and they did not , so on our return to Guadalajara we are opting for another hotel. We will truly miss all of the staff at the hotel restaurant, this is why we even bother to come back. For the rest of the staff, I could care less, especially front desk and room service. Too sad but true...
Cons: Coffe in our room, very poor service would forget to re-supply coffee each day. Called room service no show.
When checking out they wanted to charg us for breakfast, however are room upgrade included breakfast. It's their job to make sure invoice is correct, not ours. Reviewed every charge

Pros: Beautiful facilities. Nice hotel with many green areas and pools if you travel with children.
Pros: This hotel is an oasis of calm serenity in the hubbub of a major metropolis. Don't miss this!
Pros: Great facility - yard, pool. Atmosphere at breakfast outdoor next to pool
Excellent breakfast (but no birote)
Easy to park
Easy access to hotel, downtown, and business district
Cons: Wifi is additional - when booking I was under the impression that it was included .
And you have to pay USD10 per 24 h and for 2 devices. I had 3 so turned very expensive.
Pros: I have stayed at 3 other hotels in this Zapopan area and none were acceptable. Finally I booked Camino Real and I am delighted. I will be back again and again.
Cons: They charge for parking, they charge for the coffe kit at the room, they charge for internet, for bottle water that is the room. The prices on restaurant are very high. There are many nice hotels for less price and they include coffe kit in room, bottle water, internet, parking
