Pros: The location is good, close to Andares and since the hotel does not have a full time restaurant there are some options around within walking distance. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons: At check out I asked for my invoice and they were supposed to send it that same day. It did not arrive and I have to call next week to get it.

Pros: If you maintain the same level of cleanliness and comfort and the price level of $100.00 a night, then I will continue to stay at your hotels.

Cons: I want more english language tv programming.

Pros: Good location, ok breakfast. Close to Andares, restaurants and Starbucks next door.

Cons: Poor ventilation, air conditioning is old, room is quite humid after couple of days. Can't open windows. Staff is not that friendly, the hotel is always busy with events, so the lobby is packed with people. Parties next door. Not very quiet, you can hear people talking in corridors and slamming doors.

Cons: .the hotel has 2 buildings, there eas no option to select the one you desire when booking. .Everyday the same breakfast .price of the taxi is not through the recieption.I was cheated by the taxi .laundry is not piched froom the room and delevery.why?

Pros: It was comfortable. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Hotel taxis were good and covienient. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location was a little out of the way from resturants and bars. The jacuzzi was cold and the pool was hot.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and spacious. You couldn't hear the noise from the traffic outside which was nice because it meant you could relax after a long day. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons: The pool hygiene was not very good because you couldn't shower before you went in the pool :(
