Pros: Roof top swimming pool was so nice and heated! Very relaxing and enjoyable. It was located near major intersections. Easy access to visit other places.
Cons: The neighborhood near it was run down. A lot of empty buildings. I didn't feel comfortable walking to an event less than a mile away.

Pros: Facilities of the hotel are great, especially the swimming pool at rooftop level. Breakfast buffet is nice and complete. Wifi works well.
Cons: Room service was just awful, especially at swimming pool level. The food arrived 2 hours late, not complete, cold, in polystyrene boxes (so was the wine, served in a polystyrene cup, which as wine aficionado, you will certainly not enjoy). The hotel communicates on its environmental friendly practices, I did not know that polystyrene was environmental friendly... The room we had (king size bedroom) was just basic, no decoration at all, bed was indeed big, but uncomfortable as possible (extra soft - just don't go if you suffer back pains), and more extraordinary was the fitted sheet made of 2 sheets covering the duvet, meaning that you inevitably touch the duvet during the night (I doubt it is washed after all guests leave the room). I just never saw that! All in all, a very bad experience, definitely not what you expect in a 4-star hotel part of the Holiday Inn franchise. I usually not comment on the stay I make on booking, but this one was really too tough, in a franchise which I usually really like.
