Pros: The alcarte restaurants meals were very tasty and satisfying! The buffets are always clean, fresh food. Very cheerful employees. Hotel very clean.
Cons: We had a few glips with trip. I booked my daughter and family with Booking.com and hotel took payment before we checked her in. Hotel did not send a receipt that they did take payment and front desk clerks would not trust that the company already did it day before we checked in. I had a little run around but able to contact creditcard company, took photo with hotels name and what they put on hold. Still had to pay for a night in pesos and they allowed for full access once this was done.I stress that if any hotel does this before I check in that there should be an emailed receipt that all is good from accounting so I will not have this type of stress again. Another issue was also handled very well but still caused some stress too. The customer service fellow went out of his way to correct everything. Wished I had names.

Pros: The staff are so friendly and attentive. Food at restaurants was delicious.
Cons: The bed could use more comfortable mattresses and pillows.

Pros: The buffet
Cons: The fact that we got charged almost $ 2000.00 for one week and didnt have all inclusive. We had to pay for our lunch and dinner and got treated like second class customers. Also we had to use the hotel phone for 10 min. And got a $ 125.00 charge on our credit card. We were unable to talk to any management ppl. Next time we go somewhere else.

Great stay, but the hotel...
Pros:
Cons: Bad organization - reservations at restaurant not made, check in and check out process not efficient, hotel room initially given to someone else, had to return to check in to get new room.
