Pros: all inclusive was great, staff wonderful
Cons: no hot showers!!

Pros: All inclusive was really nice for a 1 night stay and very convenient. Food was good. Margaritas and Pina Coladas also good. Staff very nice and accommodating.
Cons: Room was a little plain but reasonably well appointed
family with young children
Pros: Very large room (whirlpool suite), close to the airport and stores. Right on the beach and even though it was filled close to capacity, it didn't seem crowded. All the staff we met were super friendly, really went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of.
Cons: All inclusive food was a bit limited, but we didn't try the restaurants, only the buffet. A taco bar would have been nice. You go to Mexico, you want Mexican food!

Pros: Most of the staff was very attentive- of course we tipped very well. The drinks were tasty- they knew how to make all of the tropical drinks- just dont ask for a Moscow mule. The pool area was accommodating with many chaises and umbrellas. The gym was well equipped. The room service was quick and thorough with all the condiments and flatware needed. The food was well, average at best..but they had a valentines special at Le Delice of tenderloin and mashed potatoes, which was very good, but we did have to pay extra for it. We were disappointed they didnt have a Valentines dance or any entertainment after dinner. The water volley ball was a blast to participate in and the water aerobics could be entertaining depending on who taught the class. The music on Thursdays, Friday and saturdays could be very good depending on if the entertainment was a band (good) or just some girl karaoking (not so good). Over all our 2 weeks there was pretty nice. The weather was 79-80 degrees and full sun almost every day in mid February.
Cons: When I checked in I gave the agent my booking.com paperwork and was told that even though the room was booked for James and Ronni - it was only registered as a single person...I was highly preterbed to have to pay almost $1100 more dollars for a second person after paying over $3100 originally.. It was clear on the paperwork that there were two people- so be careful. Also I was told I wont get my Hilton points because I booked thru a reseller...I paid at the hotel though not booking.com...so that made absolutely no sense. Second the room was for a garden view...haha....my view had no garden..but I did have a view of a construction site, propane tank and were they throw the dirty bed linen laundry. The room always smelled moldy and musty -even after cleaning and the sink was always stopped up. I didnt ever walk on the floor without shoes, they always felt dirty and sticky-yuck! The food at the buffet was always the same. They did have Mexican and Italian night which meant they just put out the same food and added fajitas or spaghetti..The Mexican restaurant did not have burritos..what? couldn't really differentiate between the Mexican and French restaurant except the French had escargot (which wasn't bad). Make your reservations early for the restaurants if you dont like buffet style. They needed a sign somewhere to tell you what the agenda is for the day ( an accurate sign- not the sign by the towel station...was never right). Where is this 10:00 yoga class because it wasn't in the yoga studio? All in all - it is a Mexican all inclusive..its about average as they get but the staff and the weather was the highlight of this Mexican vacation...and of course..the drinks!
