AAA Inspector Notes
Although a wall makes the exterior of this property seem nondescript, the interior features fine examples of uniquely Mexican décor. The large rooms are colorfully decorated in the local style. The property hosts a tiled corridor and wonderful garden area. Modern comforts are blended into a classic setting, ensuring guest comfort. Mexican tile and marble are blended to give the baths an ethnic look you'll find most appealing, although some are of the size usually found in period homes. Smoke free premises. 20 units, some efficiencies. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.

Pros: The place is clean, gorgeous, and super comfortable and the staff is excellent across the board. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The café de olla is amazing, and the breakfasts (included!) were just fantastic! The rooms are beautifully decorated (we had moons all over our room), and the whole place just has an air of benevolent magic all around. My kids and I didn't want to leave. I don't think we'll ever be able to visit Guadalajara and stay elsewhere. We felt SO at home, it was just amazing.
