This locally-owned-and-operated hotel has a lovely lobby for relaxing and an upscale pool area with a bar. Rooms have custom wood furnishings and decorative fabrics; several feature balconies. A very nice level of service is provided by a staff that is eager to please. In the restaurant, Wednesday is well known for Jamaican night with jerk meats and on Fridays there is usually a happy hour at Mingles Bar.
