Pros: I really like the location, right in front of Emancipation Park, food is also good at the restaurant and 24/7 cafe. I really liked having the jogging trail around the property and the pool (even though i didn't swim).
Cons: I wish all rooms were renovated as my co-worker had a much nicer room than mine.

Pros: The lobby is beautiful, elegant and spacious. Lovely artwork. The staff - pleasant and courteous. Breakfast was delicious! The bedroom was comfortable. The spa has a lovely ambiance and I enjoyed an excellent mani/ pedi there.
Cons: The carpet in our room was not vacuumed during our entire stay! When I pointed this out to the room attendant, she said that the vacuum cleaner had not been working for some time. There was no hot water for showering. The rooms were not stocked with bottled water. Perhaps two bottles per day should be provided. Not enough tea, coffee and sugar packets are provided. Dinner, though reasonably priced, I rate as only average, as, on two occasions when we ordered soup, it was extremely salty and had to be returned to the kitchen.
