Your piece of Jamaica was...
Pros: The food was excellent at all locations on the property, breakfasts and lunches in the main room and dinners at every one of the other beautiful restaurants. Thank you.
Cons: In room 405, there's a single step from the bedroom to the bathroom. The color of the tile tended to hide it and so present a tripping hazard. Adding a little reflective strip would help highlight the step.
Gardens are beautiful, staff is...
Pros: Friendly staff. Breakfast und lunch buffet were really good.gardens are beautifully kept.
Cons: For the price, I expect restaurants in the evening to be better than the buffet, which is not the case. Barefoot in the evening is a real letdown! The food isn t freshly made. The drinks from the bar were watery. In a 5 star hotel I expect fresh juices (such as limes in mojitos and cosmopolitans) and not being short with the alcohol. I was asked 5 times what we were celebrating (my birthday). I was forgotten. A bunch of other rooms had banners and balloons. Again, this should not happen at this price. I once asked a staff member if he could help us find an umbrella (we were the only 2 chairs without). He was gone for 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I approached him:"sorry, no more umbrellas": once again, at that price, they should go out of their way to make us comfortable.

Weather was beautiful!
Pros: wait staff was delightful
food was good
drinks were very good
Cons: staff at check-in. we tried to upgrade our room but were unable to. There is a very big difference in the Treatment of guests in more expensive rooms compared to the treatment we received. We felt like red-headed step children
Pros: Great number of activities, scuba, snorwueling, snuba, ski, wakeboard, neeboard, SUP, sailing, we did't all!!!!!
Cons: You have to find your beach chair early, because there are several that are reserved
Pros: Very good WiFi
Cons: Value for money
pleasant but not swept away
Pros: quality of food,variety,well prepared,availability
nice staff some ,good shows
Cons: moisture in the room kept all clothes wet;no place to dry clothes or wet bath suits,
no bidets in the bathroom,noise from the nearby highway;
too much and too loud music all over the place: it was hard to find a place to read or keep a conversation : during breakfast, dinner, after dinner, lunch, after lunch, around the pool
no program for rainy days
It was paradise.
Pros: The staff were extremely conscientious, courteous and attentive. They made sure our stay went above and beyond expectations. I will definitely be going back to stay at Sandals Negril.
Cons: I didn't know that a charge of $400 dollars was expected at check in date for incidentals
