Pros: Staff was super nice and very helpful. Food was excellent .Place and water are simply fantastic.Very laid back,quite.....slept well, and the bed and room were excellent. Can't beat the sunsets.
Cons: Office should keep more small bills,so can break larger bills for tips.No one ever has change!
Pros: The Caves is a beautiful and tranquil place, where you can hide away, or be as sociable as you want.
The staff are amazing, so friendly and chilled, you are left missing them all when it comes time to leave. Great food, stunning cocktails and the sunsets......
A 30ft jump in to the water each morning wipes away any excess from the previus evening! Wonderful.
Cons: We visited over New Year, so it was full to capacity and there were a couple of days when we couldn't find a sun lounger, which was frustrating. No major problem though as there's 7 miles of beach up the road!

Pros: staff and views were incredible
Pros: We LOVED everything!
Pros: Staff were so, so helpful and very, very friendly. We never heard a "no" or a "sorry, we can't". Everyone smiled and were generous to us. We can't speak highly enough about the resort's staff.
Pros: Everything you could want all at your fingertips. The staff says "whatever you want, just ask, no problem mon!"
The views are amazing and this is the perfect place to relax! They also offer snorkeling and cliff jumping, yoga, reggae parties on Wednesday and Saturday with some of the BEST Jerk chicken we found on the island. TRULY a gem, and worth every cent.
Pros: The Caves is like no other hotel. The only thing more beautiful and authentic than the grounds are the outstanding staff. We loved the seclusion and attentiveness of every staff person. The food was very good (great by most all-inclusive standards).
Cons: The room was a bit too rustic, i.e., large bugs (prehistoric crickets or - ick - roaches) who scattered when we returned at night. Not wholly unexpected, as it is the price one pays to be so close to nature.
