People's Museum of Craft and Technology is on the w. side of Parade Square. Rebuilt in 1802 following its destruction in 1761, only the Georgian facade remains of the house; the rest burned in 1925. The house was once the official residence of colonial British governors. Early Jamaican relics are displayed in the coach house and stables.
