Serving Kansans since the 1970s, this local favorite prepares traditional entrées, including fajitas, burritos, chimichangas and quesadillas. But the house specialty that shines is the "Borracho," a crisp tortilla layered with rice, shredded marinated chicken, cheese and onions. The two salsas you get, by way of greeting, are rich and bold. They're the perfect way to start any meal here. The house margaritas are strong but a great complement to the food. The express lunch is very reasonably priced and served quickly.
