Cons: Noise above the rooms staff not friendly poor tv stations without guide and out of coffee in the lobby at 930 am
Mold in the toilet cobwebs in the corners
Pros: Breakfast was awesome, the tub was also awesome!
Cons: I thought the room was going to be bigger for a superior room, the pillows were not comfortable felt like a ten dollar Walmart pillow. The bed looked awesome, but I had far more 'comfort' from the holiday inn beds. The 50 dollar anniversary package I added on was for rose pedals on the bed and bath tub, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. THE PEDALS WERE FAKE AND THEY WEREN'T ON THE TUB, AND THERE WERE ONLY 4 STRAWBERRIES! The reason I got the package was for the rose pedals, and they were fake. Wife seemed happy with the whole experience, but for me it was not the experience I paid for!
Pros: I loved the themed rooms. We were in a suite and how sweet is was (Venetian). Love the jetted tubs with led lights. Staff is super friendly and attentive to your needs. Free awesome breakfast, not just an average breakfast, but really tasty! In the peak of (Pokémon) and has 2 Pokestops and lots of good Pokémon. Even talked to the owner about it. Love this place!
Cons: Well you could have made it snow!
Pros: They didn't have the king size bed that we requested, so they upgraded us to a luxury room!
Cons: Bed was a little too hard and lumpy for our taste.
Pros: The room was very comfortable
Pros: Spa tub was amazing, bed was comfortable.
Cons: They didn't take our breakfast tray out from our first night being there. The bed wasn't made either. We had to have front desk bring us clean towels.
Pros: All of it the location , cleanliness , friendly helpful staff shuttling was awesome, outside patio was great country setting food wonderful, the bed was like a cloud we will stay there again and tell our friends to.
Cons: A coffee pot in room would b nice
Pros: The staff was very nice. The room was great, with exception of a few minor things. Overall, had a great time. Very pricey for what it is though.
Cons: We were suppose to have a fireplace. We didn't.
The surround sound didn't work at all.
Pros: I loved the bed.the Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Very cozy
Pros: Great experience!
Pros: The exterior is very impressive.
Cons: Bottled water not available. Bed was not comfortable and room looked worn.
Pros: Comfortable bed. Enjoyed soaking in the tub.
Cons: The carpet around the tub was wet I stepped on it in my only pair of socks when we first got there. There is a musty moldy smell in the room because of the wet carpet. We were awaken in the night by someone yelling and carrying on in the hall way. Woke up to a strong smell of vomit permiating through the hallways. Our budget is limited and we've always wanted to stay at the Chateau Avalon so we splurged for our 34th wedding anniversary. It was not the experience we thought we have but we still made it fun and enjoyed time together.
Pros: The staff prepared the room exactly how i asked them to. I proposed to my girlfriend and she couldn't have been any happier with the romantic way it was set up.
Pros: We loved every min wit my spouse. We really needed that romantic getaway.

Pros: Shuttle service very friendly and convenient!!
Cons: Bartender at D Nile extremely slow and unfriendly
Pros: Robes Tub
Cons: Pay for Breakfast Big Spiders in Room No Pool
Pros: The Jacuzzi was good along with the comfort of the bed.
Cons: Poor lighting in parking lot, we were told by staff it was due to recent storms. Could not connect to WIFI, was told after two calls to front desk that there must be too many devices connected and bandwidth was at capacity. Did not see the fine print on ordering breakfast by 11 pm; when we called front desk to order in the morning, we were told someone would get our order, but they never did after waiting 30 minutes.
Pros: The GM and front desk workers seemed competent. They were easy to work with. The breakfast wasn't bad. Good cinnamon roll.
Cons: When we checked in they sent us to a room that they thought was clean. The maid said she was taking a break in our room and she would clean it. We left our luggage and came back a few hours later and the room was still not clean. The front desk worked with us and resolved the problem. The next day I told the maid we were leaving and they could get in the room. We returned three hours later and the room wasn't cleaned. I called the front desk and asked to have it cleaned. Came back later that evening... You guessed it "not clean". The manager had to clean it. The room was very worn down and tiered ( chip paint, mildew in the tub's jets, no headboard on the bed). It was disappointing. The outside looks great.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Hairs in the tub, no side tables or lamps or other furniture, no info about the hotel or ammenities. Very expensive for the room.
Pros: The uniqueness of each room.
Cons: Would have like some food to eat other than what was at the bar.
Pros: Pretty building. Nice surrounding building.
Cons: Room was extremely small. Cobwebs in light fixtures. Breakfasts advertised as free, but were $10/person if you booked thru 3rd party (such as booking.com). Pillow bed was called a "Queen" but was a full-size.
Cons: We found a dead mouse in the bar under our table.
