Grassroots Art Center, 213 S. Main St., displays one-of-a-kind works by self-taught Midwest folk or outsider artists. Sculptures, totems, woodcarvings, paintings, mosaics, chewing gum and other media are represented in a variety of unusual pieces, including a life-size motorcycle and life-size car crafted entirely of aluminum can pull-tabs. An outdoor courtyard features regional architecture, including native limestone carvings.
