Cons: Nothing went right. Got to the hotel and waited 15 mins with no employee in sight. She came to check us in and was rude. The next morning the cleaning lady came twice in 2 hours to clean our room before we checked out. And she had no extra shampoo.

A dated facility that needed significant updating, and needed to be away from the train tracks.
Pros: Close to where we needed to be. Low price.
Cons: Noise from the interstate, trains and refrigerator in the room made it hard to sleep. Pool was very small. Toilets in the room were very low.

Nice hotel, but not comfortable
Pros: Breakfast was good with a big selection. Staff was friendly with good food recommendations. Easy accessible parking. Room was very spacious.
Cons: The indoor swimming pool was so cold, my toddler's lips were purple after being in there for 20 minutes. My older son could only feel the springs(no cushion) on the sofa bed. He ended up sleeping on the chair with the footstool. Pillows seemed fluffy but were really just air and when laid on would flatten like a pancake. Shower head would be great if your tall, but being short, 5'2, was like trying to shower in a light rain.

Pros: The staff was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious . The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults the hot tub.

Not sure about Booking.com. Worried...
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful. Everything was hot and ready. Front desk was wonderful after Booking .com over booked the hotel and we did not have a room.
Cons: When we arrived at the property our reservation was NOT on the books. There was no restaurants nearby, we had to get back on the highway after being in the car for nine hours. The pool area was very hot and the water very cold.
After getting home and checking my charges they have charged my card 3 times for one room and one night.

Nice little weekend getaway --...
Pros: The bed was great, room was clean. Nice inclusions (fridge, microwave, sink, coffeemaker, ironing board, charger). Pillows were nice (maybe add some firmer ones as well). The living space gave adequate room for child to play. Loved having two TVs -- could have used a little instruction to TV. Morning staff at desk was fantastic...very warm greeting. Nice selection of fruits, cereals and muffins at breakfast. Maybe add toast and jam ?
Cons: Could have used a couple extra blankets so we didn't have to use the comforter (although we loved how light the comforter was). The eggs were more like baked solid and then diced, not very tasty. Would have liked some cheese or veggies to add to eggs (peppers, mushrooms). Might consider adding biscuits & skim milk gravy to breakfast items. Room faced highway so we heard the "large truck" traffic all night. Pool water was pretty cool, would have enjoyed a little warmer water. The "spa" water seemed a little off color, maybe test a few times throughout the day. A little different eating space configuration would probably be more family friendly.

Pros: Staff were great. Breakfast was average. Location left a little to be desired, however, it was convenient to our family and easy to get to unless you had to stop for a long train which came between the main road and hotel. It comes around between 10 and 11 p.m.
Cons: Room went uncleaned. Had to ask for at least clean towels. Staff said that we would get a phone call from a manager and we'd be compensated, (per their policy...If you're not 100% satisfied, we don't expect you to pay") that hasn't happened yet at least. Didn't care much for the long trains that we had to wait to pass twice in four days.

Good value and location
Pros: We needed an accessible room for my son. The room we got was great, big and easy for him to move around in his walker. Staff was super friendly. Fresh cookies made, coffee and hot chocolate when we got there.
Cons: We had to go to bed early because of an early morning medical procedure the next day. Room was noisy. Pipes made all kinds of noise in the room because of water running in surrounding rooms. It made it difficult to sleep.

Pros: Quiet place, easily accessible, close to all major shopping and dining venues in the area, spacious suites (we got the king suite with a sofa bed).
Cons: The washing sinks are outside the bathroom. The toilet was extremely low/shallow, it was very uncomfortable. The bathtub was old, and did not completely fill up with water.

This place has always been...
Pros: Everything was in order, towels, extra linens, TV menus and dishes.
I had the King Suite with the Spa Tub right next to the King size bed, very beautiful room!
Cons: We stayed New Years Eve so that may of had an impact on the normally quiet stays that I have had in the past, but there was a lot of loud noise (people yelling) in the parking lot and hallways late at night. Not the hotels fault just the only negative thing I could think of.
