Cons: Room was dirty and beds had not been made they did move us to another room but the 1st impression had been made. They also do not offer king size beds
Pros: They had a good quality in room coffee. This little detail is important to me since that is how I start my day.
Cons: This facility did not serve breakfast. A breakfast, even if it was just continental, would have been more convenient
Pros: This is a good place to stay.
Cons: highway noise
family with older children
Cons: I made a reservation for a room with 2 beds but all they had was rooms with 1 bed and so I was forced to rent 2 of them, making the cost of my lodging twice as great.
family with young children
Pros: This place is perfect for travelers. The queen suite is perfect for a young kid. We had cable and DVD player. Enough to entertain my little one. The staff was amazing and everything was great definitely stay again when I'm in town
Cons: The bath was super slippery my kid fell in the tub
Cons: Poor location next to the noisy highway!!!! PTAC unit did not work correctly.
Pros: Very clean; comfortable; nice towels, good coffee available, pantry available for food and comfort items to purchase; secluded in country but near to shopping center
Cons: Sometimes no desk clerk available; needs more/better parking lot lighting; cupboard items high priced
Pros: Kitchen facility, with ice-maker.
Cons: Bed was not "queen-sized" as advertised and reserved---mattress was too soft, needs to be firmer.
Pros: The one bdrm queen suite was awesome, it's exactly what we were looking for in a suite, except for the tv problems we had while staying
Cons: Two of the front desk people didn't know how to operate the tv and DVD player, which should have been simple. There was no maintenance person on staff. The power went out and no one knew what the problem was.
