Pros: The room was very clean as was every place in the hotel. We thought it was a wonderful hotel and plan to stay at more Rodeway Inns in the future.
Cons: You need to change the name on your booking site. It is Rodeway Inn and Suites not Sleep Inns any more. We drove around looking for Sleep Inn!
This hotel is good enough...
Pros: Bed was comfy and the pillows outstanding. Loved having fridge and microwave
Breakfast is a plus too!
Cons: I had to bring to the front desk's attention that the bath tub was very slippery and that my brother actually fell in the tub. There was an apology but nothing else said.
Suggest they pay more attention to the Hot Water they put out for tea as it actually tasted like coffee which is a deal breaker for someone like me that doesn't drink coffee and can't stand the taste
Clean, friendly, and comfortable stay!
Pros: Service was great! Brandon was quite helpful and friendly!
Pros: Room was very nice. Clean place with friendly staff. Pool is small but nice. Hot breakfast was very good.
Nice once I found it
Cons: The east entrance is obscure, unlit, and poorly marked.
Could have been worse.
Pros: When we arrived, the desk clerk was great. We had requested two beds prior to our arrival and, when there was only one bed in our room, the attendant immediately found us another room and included a small discount.
Cons: The beds had throw pillows rather than full size pillows and the hotel had no other pillows available. I called the front desk at 11pm to request some toiletries, but no one would answer. The lighting in the hotel room was abysmal at best. It consisted of one overhead light at the door and two very simple lamps. Also, the shower curtain was filthy.
Sleep Inn is now Rodeway...
Pros: Everything in Parsons is close to everything else in Parsons, so the location was fine.
Cons: The name of the hotel has changed and there was some confusion at first, since that change apparently hasn't been reflected here. It's now a Rodeway Inn.
Pros: Really liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The staff wasn't very cheerful or particularly nice. Not rude but just seemed slightly put out to help check us in. The breakfast didn't open up early enough for us to actually get any, we had a specific time to be somewhere. Most places have breakfast at 6:00 not 6:30, so that was unfortunate.
