Pros: Was very upset that there was no washer/dryer in the building. It was stated as one of the amenities on booking.com and was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Pop machine was not working either, could've been due to the power going out from the storm.... Breakfast wasn't that good. Food was like warm

Pros: Breakfast was good, but smoke sausage was not hot. It was cold and really liked the omelette they had one morning.
Cons: Bathroom and room was not as clean as I expectin. (I have my own cleaning business), room seem to feel like moisture floating around the room from the AC and we just wasn't that comfortable.

Pros:
Cons: The property would not confirm my rate at check in and subsequently over charged my credit card by $24. When I asked the front desk about it, they claimed they did not have anything to do with it, that I needed to contact Booking.com. Got the run around from the staff basically. I stayed in 10 different properties in the month of July and every one but this one provided me with supporting documentation at check out. Now I have to spend a bunch of time to get my money back. Its not the money, but the principle. Stay at the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Comfortable stay!
Pros: It was a quiet, clean facility in a good location. Outdated but had comfortable beds and a nice breakfast buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Room amenities, size, pillows etc. Nice location, hassle free parking and walking distance to nice restaurants and movie theatre.
Cons: Price (with the absorbitant tax) was 10-15% more than I felt was fair. "Almost" a great value.

Pros: The young lady that checked us in was amazing!!
Cons: We got a whirlpool room and paid extra for it and it did not work. When I said something about it to the clerk she stated you did not push the button right. She was too busy speaking with a man who worked there that crowded my wife at the front desk also hit on her and made her very uncomfortable in the elevator. Would never stay there again!!!

Pros:
Cons: The only thing that I would recommend is that the carpet felt sticky when walking on it and there was a big dirty spot by the desk area. It really did need to be steamed before anyone else was in there.

I would definately stay here...
Pros: Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Bed was awesome, I want one for home. Has several excellent places to eat within walking distance. Safe area.
Cons: The breakfast was not very good. They ran out of milk and said it would be 15 minutes before they could get some more out so kids were not happy, they had to eat just yogurt.
