Museum of World Treasures is at 835 E. 1st St. in Old Town. Within the museum’s impressive collection of artifacts and fossils is Ivan, reputedly one of the most complete T. rex skeletons on display in the world. The Egyptian area showcases genuine Egyptian mummies and coffins, and the Hall of Royalty depicts the grandeur of European monarchs. Form & Function explores life after the extinction of the dinosaurs and survival during the Ice Age. Founding of America explores the birth and growth of our country and features a signature from every United States President. Other exhibits contain memorabilia related to the frontier era, music and composers, wars, sports and American pop culture. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
