Pros: Location is great. Walking distance to Bradley Fair shopping center. Microwave & mini fridge.

Cons: Trash behind the night stands, which made me wonder how clean the rest of the room is.

Fabulous

Pros: Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was nicely remodeled. Bed was a little too soft for my liking but overall a great place.

Cons: It was mainly my part since I did not researh hotel had to book last minute but i was disappointed in no continental breakfast. The price to me was too much my child barely ate anything they had. 2nd was construction and remodeling going on 3rd floor which we stayed on and the paint smell could be over baring at times. Overall I was happy with my stay there.

Very nice place - if...

Pros: The Hilton Inn was great. Looked like they just built it, but that just goes to show you how well they keep it clean and up to date. The room was great. King bed, desk, fridge, micro, coffee, easy chair + ottoman, desk chair.

Cons: Someone forgot to tell us that the King Bed we had was 'adjustable' from soft to hard. Someone had left it in a most un-comfortable position/hardness. We tossed and turned all night. We suggested that the 'sign' from the front desk (on adjustable beds) also be put in the room with instructions.

Great Wichita Stay!

Pros: Location and cleanliness. Close to shopping and great places to eat. George's and Bella Luna are close and really awesome dining experiences.

Cons: The staff could have been a little more attentive. Had to break up a conversation between the desk clerk and her boyfriend to get extra towels.....and the elevator needed freshened up, but other than that it was a good stay.

Bait and switch

Pros:

Cons: My booking.com fee was supposed to be 126.94. The hotel charged my card for 211.59 and called this overcharge an "incidental fee". It took a visit to the front desk and then a follow up call once I was back home to get a refund for the over charge. The staff was polite as I dealt with this issue but I felt like a weird little bait and switch was taking place.

Loved the room and breakfast

Pros:

Cons: Would like to see some updated workout equipment. And would like to see extended hours on the pool. Closed both at 10pm. 21st century not everyone works 8-5.
