With a recipe that dates back to 1933, this pan-fried chicken is a Kansas City classic transported over to Wichita. An offshoot of the original, this space has the same old charm and unique grounds as the Kansas City location. The main attraction still is the pan-fried chicken—tender and juicy with a crispy crust and creamy gravy. Other highlights include steak, pork chops, salmon, liver and gizzards. Large bowls of gravy and green beans are served family style. Lunch is served on Friday and Sunday only.
