Carroll Chimes Bell Tower, 6th and Philadelphia sts. in MainStrasse Village (Goebel Park), is a 100-foot-tall, 43-bell carillon in a German Gothic clock tower. The bells chime on the hour. From April through October mechanical figures move onto a balcony to act out the story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin. The tower is illuminated after dark.
