Buffalo Trace Distillery

Buffalo Trace Distillery is off I-64 exit 58, then 5 mi. n. on US 60/421 to 113 Great Buffalo Trace. A walking tour of the distillery, where bourbon has been produced continuously since 1787, begins in the visitor center. From here visitors can see displays and a video depicting the process of distillation. Also on the tour are a warehouse where the bourbon is aged in barrels and the hand bottling house. The tour concludes with a tasting.
