Pros: Breakfast was very good. The staff gave us a handicap access room which we requested, which was very helpful for my handicapped wife. The location was easy to find off Route 275. Airport noise was minimal. There were many restaurants nearby, the only drawback was that most were approx 3-4 miles away off route 75. The hotel did provide a restaurant list with directions and telephone numbers, which was very helpful. Would certainly stay again.

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, rooms were clean.
Cons: The breakfast area was dirty and not well managed. We booked 6 rooms for our church youth group. The check in staff refused to look at our reservation papers then charged us for someone else's room. They didn't charge us for the correct room so it got flagged as a no show and charged to my PayPal. The manager did work to resolve it when I called The following Monday, but it took almost 2 weeks to get it all worked out. All because the check in staff wouldn't look at our reservation confirmation paper.

Pros: The rooms were well maintained; the fitness and sauna areas were nice. The hotel was very quiet even though very close to the airport. I just wish the people were as nice as the facilities. What would it have cost them to be kind?
Cons: They seemed to be mad that I had booked through Booking.com. Consequently, they would not accept a school check even though we were going to be there several days and they had time for the check to clear before charging my personal card. They wouldn't even consider that option. They explained that they don't accept checks but if I had booked with them directly, I could have paid by check two weeks in advance. (They take checks/they don't take checks?) They were very hostile to my students (high school seniors)--chewing them out before there was a problem. They did this while my students were in the breakfast area next to the lobby (not during breakfast) waiting on me to bring the van around from the back of the hotel. My students told me later that the desk clerk had yelled at them and warned them that "they had better not disturb the business customers" and "we don't let kids stay here except on weekends". I guess Booking.com didn't know that either. Of the three Hamptons we stayed at during the same week, this was the meanest desk clerk and the worst breakfast. They told us we had to park our two 15 passenger vans out on the access road rather than in the lot--even though the lot was practically empty and even though we were renting 9 rooms and theoretically would be entitled to at least a couple of spaces in the lot. The young lady taking care of the breakfast area could not keep up with the restocking and replenishing of hot items.
