Pros: Greeting upon registering was pleasant.
Cons: 1) Bathroom dated. Plastic curtain. 2) Plastic cover on undermattress made it sweaty and uncomfortable 3) Breakfast is a joke. Had to pick bread with bare hands to make toast. 4) No acoustic/ weather strip around access door. Consequence: heard conversations, in hallway; every time the door closed there was a bang metal on metal.

Pros: There was a bed.
Cons: When I asked for a luggage cart, the guy at the front desk said no one brought them back so I was SOL. The lazy mofo should have said, "wait here while I get one for you." The coffee pot in the room didn't work, and the "breakfast" area was a zoo with no where to sit.

Pros: David man at front desk(works at night) went out of his way; to find us extra pillows. Extra towels even when we took kids to Kentucky kingdom.
Cons: Leave guests whom have animals on the first floor.we had a woman who had a huge poodle barking early on the 3rd floor.

Pros: The bed was comfortable. One of the employees made the stay for this night simple by letting us keep the same room that we were already in from the night before so that we didn't have to move.
Cons: Our stay was a total of two nights. We experienced a lot of noise from the heavy doors that swing closed near the stairwells, even being toward the center of the hotel. Front desk staff was not able to change the name on the invoice from the first night to my name (from my husband's) for my expense reimbursement, even though it was paid for on my credit card! "Breakfast" was also put away 30 minutes early on Saturday morning. These people don't seem to care about customer service.
