AAA Inspector Notes
With its modest-size lobby and older-style bathrooms (small vanities and unframed mirrors), the hotel has a vintage design. King rooms have more free-floor space, plus an easy chair with ottoman. If you are here on business, request a king room with a desk. Rooms with a double bed have just small writing surfaces. 62 units. 2 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Not impressed and will not...
Pros: This hotel was close to the attraction we came for.
Cons: The front desk person did not look professional with faded TSHIRT and jeans. Housekeeping looked more professional in collared shirt and khakis. There was a nasty musty smell that fumigated the halls and the elevator. The elevator operations certificate issued by the state was expired since May 2016. It states they have refrigerators and microwave in EVERY room. We did not have either one.We were in a king room with sofa bed for 4 people but no pillows for the sofa bed. The toilet flush was so loud it woke us up everytime someone used the restroom in the night. The bed looked nice and fluffy but the mattress was worn out and springs were felt through. It was in fact the comforter that was fluffy and way too thick, heavy, and scratchy. I would have thought with this hotel being a Hampton Inn to be better taken care of.
