Pros: We were very happy with this hotel. We had a comfortable room, clean bathroom with a great shower, and a good breakfast. Everything is in great condition. We would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The pool was on the small side and the room door did not keep out the hallway noise at all. There was no way to run a continuous fan in the a/c unit in order to help muffle the noise.

Pros: The suite itself was beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable. With four young children, we had the most comfortable stay with the pull out sofa and 2 comfy queen beds.

Cons: Made a reservation for two queen suites, since we had three people in a room. I wanted two bed and not to have someone sleep on the pull out couch. There was an up charge due to three people, but again, since I did not want someone sleeping on couch, we paid the extra charge. When I checked in, they said they had moved us to a king size suite, meaning someone would have to sleep on the pull out. They told me there were not any queen suite left. I found that strange since we were there at 3 pm, the earliest we could check in. After we went to the party that we were there for, we were locked out of our room. Had to go to desk to find out why (very inconvenient late at night). The person at desk said they locked us out because they did not know who they had put in that room. That is a very scary thought. How could they not know who they had checked into a room?????? She had stated that she did have the queen suite available and wanted to know if we wanted to move. We declined since we were settled into room.
They place is not kept up well either. Stains on carpet and couch. the bathroom floor was obviously not washed since it had a soap wrapper on the floor along with dirt at the tub and floor line. The carpet in the hallways was disgusting.
The free breakfast was minimal. Not a very good selection and by the looks of the food we just ended up going out for breakfast.
The staff as nice, but quite frankly seemed somewhat incompetent since it took so long to check in. They blamed it on slow computers. Plus their confusion regarding the reservation is perplexing. Not sure who to blame the screwed up reservation on, Comfort Suites or Booking.com. But strange that at 1130 at night, they two queen rooms available.
We have a wedding to attend next year in that area and I will recommend that the bride and groom not recommend this hotel to guests.
In addition, I will probably use another source, other than booking.com, to make reservations.
