Pros: Staff was nice.
Cons: Extremely disappointed the pool was not working. I would have chosen a different hotel.my daughter had been looking forward to swimming all week.
Pros: staff was helpful; shuttle to airport ran 24 hours.
Cons: fitness room is embarrassingly bad. Elliptical machine especially needs to be replaced. Neither phone in my room seemed to work. And at least one light bulb needs replacing.
