The open dining room, with California-style murals, gives a relaxed and festive atmosphere. Try the fresh seafood which includes scallops and salmon. The aged prime rib-eye steak or the tender and juicy fillet can be topped with Maytag blue cheese or a wonderful wild mushroom demi-glace. Slow roasted bone-in pork chop, or tender pan-seared veal or chicken may be more to your liking. Diners arriving from 3-5 in the afternoon will find only a limited menu available in the lounge. Numerous pasta dishes, fresh and crisp salads as well as a desserts like peanut butter crème brûlée with Godiva chocolate or a rich bread pudding made from butter croissants are the finishing touch.
