Crittenden County Historical Museum is just e. of jct. Main St. at 124 E. Bellville St. Housed in an 1881 church—Marion's oldest—that retains its original wood flooring, German stained-glass windows and other design elements, the museum displays hundreds of articles imparting county history. Marion memorabilia and photographs and such antique equipment as a telephone switchboard and a 200-year-old loom may be seen. Other featured items include Civil War artifacts, uniforms and weapons as well as vintage clothing, dolls and household items. Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 45 minutes minimum.
