Pros: The room and bed were very comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels!
Cons: The shower head is too high and the water pressure was low. I would have liked a bigger tv, because the bed is quite a distance from the tv.

Pros: Location, Location, Location. Friendly staff. Clean. Good parking. Handy stores/restaurants close by. Nice room. Nice size of Hotel (medium to small) Well maintained. Reasonably new.
Cons: Cheap faucets in bathroom (tub). Some carelessness in room cleaning i.e. number of towels, removing discarded towels, restocking coffee supply/toiletries etc. Breakfast was mediocre though eating environment and presentation were nice.

Pros:
Cons: Room was dirty, had to stop at front desk and ask for CLEAN linens and bed spreads on both beds. Food at complementary breakfast was empty and not refilled. Pool was dirty, (black spots on bottom of pool and very cloudy, (like filter wasn't keeping up). All in all, not a good experience. We've stayed here before. This wasn't a good stay.

Cons: Staff not willing to go beyond extra mile for service. Staff lacks training when it comes to third party booking. Called facility to change my night of stay from 1 to 2 nights & I was told it's been taken care of but following morning I have to check out before they can modify it. I went to Holiday Inn instead. I had the same situation needing to extend my stay for a night. A well trained staff was able to modify my reservation without me having to check out. Rate did not change despite extension fell on a weekend. I will stay at Holiday Inn everytime I go to Murray fron now on.

Pros: Pillows were comfy and bed was probably comfy if we didn't have to add a person to it since the pullout bed was unacceptable!
Cons: The pullout bed was still dirty from previous occupant. We had to change sheets ourselves and the bed bowed in the middle.

Outstanding service by housekeeping. In fact, all staff were very responsive and cheerful.
Cons: Complimentary breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Pool and exercise facility were minimal.

Pros: Great location since we were there for the Murray State summer orientation. Bed was very comfortable and room (king suite) was plenty spacious for the three of us. The pool and fitness area were very nice and we loved being able to see the fireworks from the parking lot. Breakfast was good: omelets, sausage, and seasoned potatoes for hot items plus make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, cereal, toast and bagels, etc. so there was a good selection. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Pros:
Cons: Asked for room on first floor or near elevator and received neither as I have some mobility issues. Advised I was arriving earlier than regular check-in time and room was not ready. My reason for being in town was a fraternity function and I had to change for that function in the public bathroom. Full walk-in shower in the room was a plus but difficult for me to use not having a seat or tub lip to help when needed.

Pros: The location was central, parking was no problem, staff was friendly and cordial.
Cons: 1. Booking Confirmation was $264.18, tax included. Final bill was $276.02, just room and taxes. Why?
2. Room was too small for 2-beds. Only way to watch TV was from bed.
