Pros: The breakfast and location.
Cons: We booked a room with 2 beds but only got 1. The hotel was going through construction so we had a flood light coming in our window all night. Due to construction our room was not equipped with basic supplies as if they were not expecting us.

Pros: The real concern was renovations. The dust was bad for allergies. Renovation is a necessity, when completed, there ratings will return!
Management should have scheduled these renovations for slower months.
The staff tried really hard to make up for what was going on.

UNDER MAJOR RENOVATIONS!
Pros: Comfortable beds and friendly staff. I'm sure it will be delightful WHEN ALL THE RENOS ARE DONE.
Cons: I booked online and was unaware that the hotel was under MAJOR construction. Very uncool to not tell folks that up front! I went with two teenagers who were looking forward to swimming (that's part of the fun staying at a hotel!) and the pool was closed for renovations as well. Not cool. Very disappointed.

Pros: The light in the bathroom was the best I have seen in a motel room!
The room and bathroom were clean.
Cons: -The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.
-We understood the room had recently been renovated, but there were no towel racks in the bathroom and there was no place to hang the wet towels.
-The lighting was great in the bathroom, but the room itself was very, very dark by the desk. -There was no way you could read in that corner. The extra chair had no special lighting, so was difficult to read there.
-We did not notice the clocks were set one hour ahead of the actual time and got up one hour before we needed to.
-I am a hot tea drinker and much prefer Lipton tea, but there was none available.

No decritions in the place and not enough furniture. No exta mirror outside the bathroom for people to get ready...and you could still smell the paint smell

Cons: The experience I had with them is one that left me and my family with a bad impression of how Holiday Inn operates. I would not recommend Holiday Inn at Murray KY to anyone. They make mistakes and you pay for them. I was charged extra rooms for their mistake.

Pros: I thought the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was great . There was a wide variety of food on the breakfast bar. My boys and I were able to enjoy the pool. It was a lot of fun. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: My transaction for payment was an issue I paid with a debit card which it took it out of my account from one staff members but it showed I didn't pay .. claims it never should have been paid it was a hold.. but it was a cash transaction from my personal account got an email and bank also stated it was removed from my account by them.. so I'm very unhappy with isssue she refused to let me leave over it made me late in my travels

Cons: Hot Chocolate packets are not available for guest after breakfast. 12 midnight I was craving for hot chocolate but can't find any. Tea packets were only available.
