AAA Editor Notes
Bluegrass Heritage Museum, 217 S. Main St., is housed in the historic Guerrant Mission Clinic and Hospital. The museum examines the regional history of the area through engaging and innovative exhibits. Displays explore the rich cultural heritage of the Bluegrass Region, from the days when Native Americans inhabited the area to the present. Known as the burley tobacco capital of the world, exhibits tell the history of how the crop shaped the area.
Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour minimum.
