Pros: The staff was very helpful and tried desperately to fix the issues.
Cons: 1. First room was filthy and roach infested. Staff moved us to a nice suite at no charge. 2. A/C units in suite were almost falling out of the wall and made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. 3. Food at breakfast was greasy, cold and of very low quality.

Pros: Clean room, temperature of room.
Cons: Parking. Gated parking was full at midnight with a few valet spots open. Called front desk and was told to park in parking garage. Went to garage, found many people, (mostly men), loitering in street, garage, front of casino, just everywhere. They blocked the garage ramps, so had to wait until they finished visiting before I could get by. It was my self, (female), and a 12 year girl! Did not feel safe at all. We would have had to walk either on the street or down the side of the casino, which were both poorly lighted and groups of males everywhere. So asked the clerk if I could park in one of the empty valet spaces and was told no? Valet was closed, so why not? I would have paid, but was told my car would be towed if I parked there? He said it was safe because there was security around the garage? I looked for an officer to no avail. Nowhere to be found. So then I noticed a casino parking garage much closer to entrance to hotel, so parked in there. Garage was disgusting! Trash, beer bottles, empty syringes, and smelled of urine!! WOW just WOW!!!!!

Pros:
Cons: There was exposed needle in handicap parking space four. The staff more were numerous but unwilling to help customers. Food was spilled right in the doorway leqding to the pool. I had to report both of these issues while staff stood around. In one instance on my visit to the lobby there were six employees working but only one person greeting and asking the customers what they needed. Most employees just acted like the customers were not standing in front of them. Customers were ignored while the employees just leaned up against the cabinets where the gift shop was. They were just looking around doing nothing. This location is poorly managed with employees that are not customer friendly.

Pros: The staff were amazing!! They were all very helpful and answered any questions we had!!
Cons: I will never stay there again!!! Loved the layout and the casino.. All the elements could have been a great hotel but it was NASTY!!! There we're roaches in the rooms and it smelled horrible! My son and I actually didn't sleep, I couldn't find another hotel that night with rooms
