Cons: the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and room lighting was bad
Pros: Beds were awesome, very clean rooms and facility
Cons: We did not get complementary breakfast with our stay.
Pros: The staff is excellent, accomodating and courteous! I never heard one time during my stay "we can't".
Cons: The room seem to get hot during the night. Maybe because we were on 5th floor. Idk.
Comfortable and nice
Cons: It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Cookies at check in, staff was very kind and pleasant.
Cons: Cleanliness of room: stains on wall, dust, do not disturb hang tag was filthy, room felt old amd grimy overall. Carpet in hallway was old and coming up/rippling everywhere, which is a hazard for possible tripping etc. Couch in room sank in the middle, seemed possibly broken. Room was dark and not well lit. Guessing this is an older hotel that was remodeled, unfortunately hotel still feels and appears tired and worn out.
Cons: I did not like the fact that I did not see a total cost for the room until after the stay. The cost was $30 more than I expected.
Cons: Reservation was wrong, staff didn't seem to care. Room set up was strange and felt squished. Hotel was in a very high traffic area no matter what time of day it was. Hotel didn't seem as nice or up to date as the photos.
