Pros: The hotel is within walking distance to anything and everything downtown, including the river walk area.
Cons: The bathroom was a little tight, but we made it work. I also thought it was strange and silly that they charge extra for having a view of the river.

Disappointing

Pros: location and shuttle
Cons: We felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Both at the front desk and the restaurant. The men at the front doors were especially rude. I was almost run over by a valet cart because the valet was in such a hurry to cut me off so he could go in first.
