Cons: The pool was not operational and we had four separate rooms with families that came from out of town that reserved this hotel because it stated you had a pool. When we checked in the front desk told us the pool was not working. We should of been informed of that prior to us checking in.

Cons: I was very disappointed that the pool was not ready for use. It was the main reason I chose this hotel, my Son was upset the most. With all this heat, we really, really looked forward to a refreshing swim! I think for the future a bit of advice, wait til winter to redo the pool... :( but we played games etc. and made our stay a fun time.

Pros: The staff was friendly. Breakfast lasted longer than most hotels, giving the late sleepers an opportunity to eat. We had a fill sized kitchen in the room.
Cons: The jets in the hot tub never worked. The pools chemicals were so strong it hurt our eyes to stay in longer than 5 minutes. We also had a cockroach in our bathroom.

Cons: There was two women arguing loudly in my hallway outside my room about fight with at least ten children running up and down the hall screaming which lasted for at least twenty minutes my first night there. Then the next day I asked if housekeeping could give me new towels and washcloths once I left the room for a couple hours and they didn't.

Cons: There was no Wi-Fi. Then there was a child's birthday party going on, which was a sleeping over and they took up the whole pool for two days. Then there was no food for breakfast, because the extra guests for the birthday party were not accounted for according to staff. So, no wi-fi or breakfast. Rooms were nice, but wouldn't stay again.

Cons: Wifi was very slow and would come and go. Breakfast was bad, consisted of poached eggs and ham that looked like they had been cooked days prior. Also, had hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Also, this is an extended stay hotel with full kitchen, but it did not have any kitchen dishes, so kitchen was useless.
