Pleasant

Pros: The staff for the most part was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Location was good.
Cons: Disability room was not good. Fridge did not work, after being told they could move us to a new room and I said that don't you think that replacing a fridge would be less trouble for us. (loading up a disabled person with walker, scooter, equipment, luggage etc.) Then asked what handicapped button and extra card reader was for (was not explained this when we checked in) so the automatic door did not work. Difficult to navigate in and out! My husband could not do it by himself. Beds were VERY soft. Extremely hard for disabled person to get out of. Bathroom! Where to start- counter was not user friendly for anyone in a wheelchair or scooter, to high. NO counter space at all, where are you supposed to put any equipment or necessities that most people with disabilities need? Toilet paper was on the wall behind you when you sat on the toilet! Overall we were exhausted when we left navigating this room. My husband had NO independence which you can imagine did not make for a relaxing time.
