Pros: Staff were super friendly, the hotel was right at the street car stop, great location, and the room was clean and fairly quiet.

Pros: Good location. Included breakfast was basic, but healthy options and decent.
Cons: The Wifi didn't work. No one answered room service for the 20 minutes that I tried. The non-smoking room was smokey. The carpet and furniture coverings were stained and smelly. The room was very loud -- I heard street traffic and hotel guests.

Pros: Staff was great. Excellent recommendations on dining and places to see. Location was also great. Garden district and very close to trolley stops for easy travel to the French quarter or anywhere else without need of your vehicle.
Cons: Carpets and floor were dirty. After walking around the room for a short period of time, your feet would be black on bottom. Main problem though, the outdated air conditioning unit was so loud every time it came on you woke up.
