Pros: Room was clean and towels were changed daily and room was made up promptly. Easy access to casino and close walking distance to French Quarter. Good restaurants near by.
Cons: View was awful. Drapes were inoperable and eventually fell down. It was fixed the next day after it was reported. I did not think it was a good room for the price. I think it was a room given to people who make reservations thru a discount organization. ( 4th floor) street traffic noise. Vending machine on the floor was in operable.

Pros: The location of the property in proximity to the French Quarter, downtown and River walk.
Cons: The hotel room was not clean (especially the carpet). Carpet needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Also, had to ask staff to change the bed linens. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Pros:
Cons: It was OK, but the room was nothing special at all. No New Orleans charm in this hotel, and it was seriously over priced. Next time, I'll stay at a small hotel closer to the markets.

Pros: I really enjoyed the room very much. It was very pretty and nicely decorated. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The night city view and the night lights on the bridge added to the enjoyment of my stay.
Cons: We had dinner at the Magnolia Buffet. Although the food was good and there was lots to choose from, I was disappointed there was no fried shrimp. There was broil shrimp, and other seafood but I think the fried shrimp would have gotten my perfect score.
