Unhappy with overall experience. Although bedding looked clean, upon closer inspection, pillows and linens were incredibly stained. Accessible rooms limited to hearing disability. Quiet rooms, at least the one we stayed in, was terribly placed. Could not sleep well due to gym and pool access doors being a few feet away, and vending/ice machine across the hall. Hotel oversold rooms, so we did not get what we requested. Nice view at night from pool area. Friendly staff, but not above and beyond customer service. Dance club in building right next to hotel. Nice courtyard, but dedicated to 'smoker's oasis'. Complimentary beverages/snacks were not replaced regularly enough in hotel entrance.
Pros: Ease of access to interstate and convention center. Not far from WWII Museum, Shops along waterfront, nice restaurants, niche area of town. Felt relatively safe walking around, and enjoyed park nearby. Noise of street below was relatively quiet.
Cons: Requested an accessible room, and was given a hearing accessible room instead of handicap. Bathroom shower had marks in it, pillows were stained. Requested quiet room, and was given a room across from the gym, near the ice machine, and next to pool access
