Pros: Staff was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and friendly. Every person greeted us personally and always offered to help us with anything and were very hospitable. The staff treated each guest this way also. Very good service, well above the normal service. The rooms were much bigger than we expected, very clean and modern faculties as well!

Pros: Bed was firm but we slept very well. The food for breakfast was wonderful. I kept telling my wife that it was some of the best food that I've eaten from a hotel buffet.
Cons: The pillows were not the most comfortable in the world but when you get used to your pillow its hard to sleep on other ones
