AAA Inspector Notes
This historic, former apartment building has been transformed into a hip, contemporary boutique hotel. Trendy, lacquered furniture and walk-in, rain-flow showers with pebble floors are standard. The Mardi Gras suite is the most desired unit as it is the only one with a balcony. Rooms facing St. Charles Ave. have a view of the parade route. The property is in a great location if you desire a more tranquil area of the city. You'll also find many restaurants within walking distance. Smoke free premises. 132 units. 9 stories, interior corridors. Bath: shower only. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: Was good being on trolley route and out of the centre.
Cons: Would have liked a room fridge and creamers rather than powder milk as it is not so good in tea..

Pros: Rooms were comfortable but nothing special.
Cons: Staff is rude and not helpful in any way. Even asking directions puts them out, couldn't call a cab, couldn't make suggestions on local restaurants, etc. will never stay at one of these hotels again. Way overpriced.

Pros: First time with hotel indigo and to New Orleans, like the security of our car, well we loved everything about our stay, staff were super nice. Bartender was great and gave us some great info on where to go for our one night stay.
Cons: Bathroom sliding door is the only thing that would say I didn't like and it wasn't that big of a deal. But if I had a choice I rather have a solid door lockable door.
