AAA Inspector Notes
The large, airy rooms at this upscale property are tastefully decorated with warm tones and stunning photos of local scenes. Each unit has a beverage chiller but a refrigerator can be requested. Some units afford sweeping views of the city's skyscape, and the 'grand' rooms are extra spacious with a sitting area and larger bathrooms. The hotel is modern but still reflects the feel of the city with live music on weekends, the lobby's lively Swizzle Stick bar, and the restaurant Café Adelaide from the Brennan family, noted local restauranteurs. There's a casino across the street and the French Quarter is only a short walk away. Tip: Ask for one of the '02 series' rooms to get extra space at a standard room price. Smoke free premises. 285 units. 21 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pros: Everything was what we expected with our research of reviews before hand. The location was in a great location for walking distance.
Cons: The only thing was the bar staff. No one ever smiled or had any customer service. Honestly it seemed like they all hated their jobs and were just there to clock in and clock out.

Pros: We loved the spacious room and the cleanliness of the hotel also loved the location which was close to everything that we wanted to visit.
Cons: The only thing we did not like was the food. Some food was good while other items were not so tasty and very costly. For instance, Main Lobster sweet potato dish that had hardly any lobster and cost $30.00. I was extremely disappointed.

Pros: The hotel restaurant and bar were great.
Cons: The pool and hot tub area could use a good cleaning. Noticed some mold in a few places.
