Pros: The bed is comfortable

Pros: We had trouble finding our hotel since the street was blocked off during a parade, they were nice enough to have some one meet us and guide us to the hotel! They went above and behind to make sure our stay was easy!

Cons: Didn't feel it was up to the Rirz standard. Had to call the front desk to ask for my room to be cleaned on our second day. Had to call the front desk to ask for clean glass wear.
Pros: The hotel was very nicely decorated and The staff was excellent.
Cons: Would have liked it if complementary breakfast was available or something of the sort.
