The emphasis is on the plentiful yield of the nearby gulf, including specialties of bourbon-glazed cochon, herb-roasted flounder and shrimp Creole. Fresh shrimp and seafood are prepared New Orleans style and served in an upscale, wood-paneled dining room illuminated by warmly glowing amber glass spheres. Service is smoothly professional and timely at this Brennan's family restaurant. This is also the Homebase for the New Orleans Bourbon Society (NOBS). Membership is a must for the bourbon aficionados.
