The seasonally changing menu here is inspired by the vast American coastline bounty. Oyster toast with kimchee and ginger rémoulade is a great starter. The andouille oil used in their clam chowder offers a distinctive zest to the more traditional version. Some main course options are BBQ jerk shrimp with coconut rice and mango chow chow, seared "catch of day" Gulf fish, shaved fennel, white bean salad and preserved lemon or a juicy burger with tomato marmalade, house pickles and white cheddar. The original historic architecture of this former Victorian-style residence is maintained and enhanced by crystal chandeliers and plush red banquettes.
