AAA Inspector Notes
Built in 1911 as a bakery, this establishment has changed hands multiple times, evolving over the years into the city landmark it is today. Touted as one of the best spots in the city for "poor boys" (which, according to the owners, is incorrectly abbreviated by many as po'boys), this restaurant offers 25 varieties of the famous New Orleans sandwich. The rows of tables, both inside and out, create a picnic-like atmosphere.
