This collaboration between chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto aspires to create a new level of fine New Orleans dining by expanding upon the foundations of the region's Creole and Cajun cuisines and unique history. The gorgeous dining room features display kitchens and tasteful classic décor. The menu covers a lot of ground with some highlights like beer battered crab beignets, crayfish stuffed flounder or the panéed veal chop with warm crabmeat salad and truffle aïoli. The bar here is equally as beautiful as the dining rooms and is a good option to sample the exciting cuisine in a more casual atmosphere with smaller portions and pricing.
