The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University

The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University is at 125 Arborway (SR 203) in Jamaica Plain. The 281-acre park, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in collaboration with Charles Sprague Sargent, contains more than 4,500 kinds of trees, shrubs and vines grouped by family. The Hunnewell Building Visitor Center tells the story about the development of the arboretum.
